This will be an option during which you can either participate or spend time relaxing in your room/tent\, possibly by the pool with a nice beverage or sitting on your deck and taking in the beautiful sounds of Africa. Trust me they are nothing like what we hear in the states. The meditation and drumming will allow you to integrate all of the beautiful energy that the sacred land\, animals and people have to offer. \nWe will spend time with the MAASAI and go on nature walks. DESCRIPTION:The dreamscape is a magical place to draw from if we allow ourselves to see how dream sequencing comes from our waking life into our dreamscape and our dreamscape into our waking life\, we will start to understand our own dream language and how we are continually getting messages from other realms.   \nWhen we sleep at night our being leaves and travels around and gathers information and experiences for us to embody if we so desire. We also communicate with loved ones\, other energies\, our guides\, spirit animals \, the list goes on.  What we will focus on in this workshop is what I refer to as Dream Sequencing and how I believe and have experienced being a magical part of life’s wonders… When we are open to other perspectives and realms\, we will tend to communicate with them on different planes and/or dimensions. \nWe also have the ability to shift a dream or re-enter a dream once you know how to consciously become aware in the dream. Some refer to this as Lucid dreaming. There are so many techniques out there now\, but what I’m wanting to express is learning how to read our own dream & intuitive language in order to see the patterns in our dreams and speak with our guides and essences.  I’m offering a 4 week dream course called Dream Sequencing starting September\, 8th through September 29th\, Click the link to register! \nWe will learn how to decipher our dreams together\, how they become sequenced when we pay attention and understand our own dream language along with our intuitive language. We will dive into the ancients in our dreams and what symbols they may use for you personally.  They normally don’t show up as you would imagine them to\, so learning how to identify them is helpful with the messages that are coming through. You will identify your guides in your dreams\, as we all have them\, and how they can ShapeShift just as the deities do. The other work that comes out of dreaming is what I refer to as cyclical dreaming. This is where over time you understand again your dream language and intuitive language along with your guides\, your essences \, spirit animals\, helping spirits and loved ones from the other side to help you in bringing a dream through a cycle. This can take years or weeks depending on the dreamer. For some if there is a deep karmic pattern playing out in this lifetime or you are connected to ancient beings that are wanting to work with you\, they will give you indications in dreams from an early age that will propel you to do the work in your dreamscape which eventually if you choose expands into your waking life. It’s so layered and multidimensional that’s why I’m running this workshop to help other’s understand the dreamscape in ways that can help bring the cycle to a new beginning. DESCRIPTION:July 19th from 12-2ish we will be learning how to decipher signs & symbols to better understand how your intuition speaks to you. Signs\, Symbols & Metaphors may come to you while you are dreaming\, out hiking or even in the grocery store. Paying attention and recognizing them while asking questions is key to learning how to navigate what information is coming in. It can feel tricky given it’s not someone speaking directly at you having a conversation\, it’s a conversation with the unseen world\, the dreamworld and your guides! \nWe will go on several short excursions with the drum and tune into our own Divine Matrix. Elise finds that unless we practice what the felt senses are\, we have a more challenging time listening to our own innate intuition. We will dive into the energetic system\, etheric fields\, how they are connected to one another and learn how the etheric fields are actually more powerful than our energy system. We will learn about the felt senses and how to integrate them into the body through movement of the plates and the Hara Line in the body developed with MooreFit Energy Systems. The first hour is all about how they feel in the body and the second hour we will move through a yoga flow with a twist for 45 minutes ending with a 15 minute Shamanic Drum Meditation. Elise has created a movement system that allows the fascial plane in the body to open on what she sees as a spacious way of movement. There is 3 dimensional flow of movement patterns. For some this will be an eye opening experience with new concepts of how their body is talking to them and other’s will find a deeper knowledge into what is already there for them.  Elise will also be doing hands on energy work and readings with people.  Come with an open mind and ready for some fun intuitive exploration. DESCRIPTION:Thoughts become things\, which creates form! If we learn how to maneuver out thoughts instead of controlling them\, it allows for a flow of desires to come to us. The subtleties of intuition are learning how to navigate your own personal intuition. It’s like learning a new language. It’s not something we are taught in school or elsewhere for the most part. You have to learn to trust your own perceptions\, signs\, symbols and dreams. \nIn this workshop we will dive into how to read your own intuition which allows you to make better perceptions of the information you are receiving from the unseen world. We will talk about how dreams play a part in your intuition and the information that comes through them. At the end of the class you will be a guided with the Shamanic Drum or a Singing Bowl Meditation.
