Elise is an Intuitive Coach, Consultant, and teacher who has spent more than 20 years exploring the connection between mind, body, energy, and consciousness.

Her work is rooted in helping others navigate periods of transition, deepen their connection to their own intuitive language, and develop greater awareness of the subtle information available through the body, dreams, energy, and the unseen realms.

Working within shamanic and intuitive practices, Elise brings together energy work, dream interpretation, evidential mediumship, tarot, and astrology. She is also an animal communicator with a particular connection to horses and canines, incorporating intuitive communication into her work with animals and the people who care for them.

With an extensive background in the mind/body field, Elise has worked with Pilates, GYROTONIC®, and yoga for more than two decades. This embodied foundation continues to influence her intuitive work, particularly her understanding of how the body can serve as a gateway to awareness, sensation, and energetic information.

At the heart of Elise’s work is the belief that intuition is not something outside of us—it is a language within us. Her work invites others to quiet the noise, recognize how that language uniquely speaks through them, and learn to trust what they receive.
